Before joining Momentum Search Group as a Legal Recruiter, I was a litigator at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Pryor Cashman for seven years where my practice focused on intellectual property matters, employment counseling and litigation, and other complex commercial litigation for clients in the entertainment, art, and fashion sectors. I understand the realities of law firm life, the differences between big-law and lifestyle-oriented firms, and how to evaluate the right time to make a move. And, as someone who has been through the lateral recruiting process myself, I know how important it is to be a recruiter that is trustworthy and a good listener. I always take the time to get to know my candidates to understand their goals better, both professionally and personally. I know everyone’s path is different, and I love helping my candidates find the right path for them.
