I am actively involved, at the executive level, in the leadership of the organization. My responsibility is to organize and administer the areas related to Patient Care Services. I assume responsibility and accountability for Nursing and other clinical departments as assigned. In collaboration with the leadership team, I aid in the development, implementation, interpretation of policies and procedures, including compliance with federal and state regulations and accreditation standards. I am responsible for implementing hospital goals and objectives based on budget parameters, while reinforcing the mission and vision of the hospital in all interactions. My position of Chief Clinical Officer/Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) functions under the direction and supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). I supervise the Nurse Manager, Charge Nurses, RNs, Rehab Nurse Techs, Respiratory Therapist and Unit Secretaries.
