I am Alex, an expert in construction and problem-solving related to the installation of Padel courts. Why am I an expert? Because, during my two years of working as a Padel court installer, I have encountered various challenges and situations that required quick and high-quality solutions. Many times, I had to rectify mistakes during court installations. I write about it in my blog.A few years ago, I didn't even know about the game of Padel, although I had been interested in sports since childhood, playing football and leading an active lifestyle. I worked as a builder in various fields. However, when I discovered Padel, I immediately realized it was my sport. I saw a significant development both for myself and for other people in it. I became passionate about Padel and decided to dedicate my life to it.In two years, I have installed over 120 Padel courts and mastered the art of their installation. I understood how to perform my work quickly and qualitatively according to international standards and safety techniques. I have become the person to trust in solving any problems that arise during the construction of courts and the laying of turf for them.I have gained skills in management, communication, and organization, which I use to lead and educate my team, plan and shape workplaces so that everyone is in their place, performing their work with high quality and on time.My greatest satisfaction comes from achieving exceptional results and surpassing the expectations of my clients.My mission is not only the construction of Padel courts but also teaching construction teams how to quickly and effectively perform their work and solve problems that arise during installation.
