I am a Senior IT Support Consultant at the University of Iowa, where I function as the Campus Technical Trainer for the academic community. I am also pursuing my MBA from the Tippie College of Business with a focus on Leadership and Business Analytics. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my knowledge in technical training, IT operations, and business analytics. I also conduct regular day-to-day communication with IT staff members and application end users, respond to end user questions, and provide onsite and remote (phone, web, and e-mail) training support. Common technologies and applications include Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Zoom.In my previous role as IT Support Consultant and Student Manager at the ITS Help Desk, I supervised 15 student analysts providing technical support to the University of Iowa academic community. I managed the daily operations of the student support team, ensuring quality and efficiency of service delivery, customer satisfaction, and staff development. Additionally, I collaborated with other IT units and stakeholders to identify and resolve complex issues, implement best practices, and improve user experience.
