Singapore

Working out of Avtrade's Singapore office of assist with business for our Asian customers.

• Purchase inventory for stock and specific customer requirements• Source Suppliers to quality and industry approved standards• Negotiate with Suppliers to obtain best price, terms and warranty• Issue purchase orders on behalf of Avtrade• Expedite open orders to achieve delivery requirements• Develop Avtrade/supplier relationships• Ensure high quality and service is maintained by Suppliers• Co-ordinate with internal department to ensure PO compliance• Understand and adhere to Export Control regulations where relevant• Review, maintain and provide reports as required• Assist with department training of new staff on IT systems and existing procedures/processes• Obtain RMAs and liaise with internal departments on rejected units • Attend Supplier meetings including occasional travel to supplier sites• Assist Management and undertake projects as requested

• Assist in sourcing inventory to quality and industry approved standards• Obtain vendor quotes and input data into Quantum• Assist Asset Executives in maintaining optimum inventory levels to support business• Issue purchase orders on behalf of Avtrade• Expedite open orders to achieve delivery requirements• Understand and adhere to Export Control regulations where relevant• Develop supplier relationships• Assist Asset Manager and undertake other duties as required• Assist Management and undertake projects as required• Attend Supplier meetings including occasional travel to supplier sites• Produce data reports to assist with evaluation of current and possible inventory.
