Served as an agent, property manager, sales manager, on-site sales, leasing manager and employee trainer/mentor. • Involved extensively with 1031 tax-free exchanges, vacation residences, luxury homes/condos, and short sales.• Promoted individual brands. Ensured compliance with corporate guidelines and regulations of the EPA, Real Estate Commission, city and county building and zoning departments, the EPA and historic and preservation districts and organizations.• Instrumental in the development and sale of most new luxury construction in Fort Lauderdale between 2001 and 2012.
