Running day to day operations at our branch of Taboo Donuts, setting rotas, customer service, connecting with possible clients for stocking our donuts.

Leading our team in preparing the best possible sandwiches to our customers! Cash handling, ordering produce from our suppliers, taking delivery of supplies, cleaning and operating within strict health and safety guidelines.

Understanding and delivering the client's needs, on-site logistics and support, providing excellent technical skills and labour in all forms of venues and schedules. As a crew chief I have improved upon my experience in teamwork and co-ordination, becoming stronger at time and personnel management, delegating tasks to coworkers according to their abilities and helping newer colleagues to expand on their skill-sets and confidence.

July-September festival roles, 2009-2012 inclusive.As a venue technician I was one of three persons responsible for the day-to-day operations of a major fringe venue. Hosting up to a dozen different shows during the course of the day we set up, operated for and managed the audiences of our venue's performances. These performances varied from stand up comedy and live music to straight plays.This role helped me polish my technical abilities during my degree course, as well as boosting my confidence in a high octane workplace.

Running operations of short-term private apartment lettings. Listing the property on lettings websites, taking bookings, connecting with clients to fulfill their needs during their stay.I also managed the cleaning, repairs, paperwork required to keep the apartments at a high standard.

I was very fortunate to be able to put my developing skills to practise during my degree course with this role. After conducting online meetings and creating a digital design for Newcastle College honours students I was invited down to produce the finalised designs for this short dark comedy film. Once there, my responsibilities expanded to include purchasing, construction and scenic painting of the set. This role was challenging in the constraints of filming, prompting me to devise a method of removing/replacing the walls to facilitate camera angles.The final short can be found on youtube here: http://youtu.be/zy_FG6jdICo
