Implemented a tracker to identify finances, labor and profit margins throughout the course of the job’s life cycle. This tracker was utilized across the entire company. Developed a rapport and relationship with GC/Owner resulting in multiple subsequent projects. Effectively proposed, coordinated, and maintained 269 change proposals on a single project totaling $4.5 mil during a time of massive turnover.

Prepared, coordinated, and conducted classes weekly for over 250 members. Led small team workshops requiring several planning sessions. Led missionary trips to Kenya requiring translators.

Planned and supervised 80 courses for Operation Enduring Freedom ensuring deployment readiness. This Annual training required constant scheduling, updating data, and back planning to ensure 408 Marines were trained to deployment standards.

Supervised the maintenance, security, and operation of a 25 square kilometer Area of Operation with a 42 man Marine platoon.Partnered with a 25 person indigenous local military and civilian staff group. Established local meetings with key personnel such as local tribal elders and governors. The focus of these meetings was getting local leaders to identify and agree on the most important problems to resolve.
