Facilitated the Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot process for innovative technology Unum IT was looking to pursue and scale. Served as the liaison for each POC and worked directly with the proper stakeholders to ensure that Unum leadership and vendor(s) were in sync in terms of goals, timeline, tracking, etc.Created and distributed summary reports for multiple IT initiatives which are delivered to key leaders at the C-Suite and Executive levels. Reporting included high level budgeting, risk assessment, current and future deliverables, and performance metrics for The Office of the CTO. Assumed various Chief of Staff duties such as helping plan and execute CTO team offsites and Town Halls, managing relationships with consulting and communications partners, monitoring status of various IT programs, and responding to incidents as needed.Ad hoc projects:-Ghost-write internal and external communications for senior leadership-Participate in consulting sessions for Unum's Digital Communications Strategy-Assist HR with re-writing all job descriptions in the CTO's organization to meet market standards-Build out a new dashboard/communication process to address security vulnerabilities which are outside their agreed Service Level Agreement__Rotation #2 - Member of the Unum Group Professional Development Program: a highly selective rotational leadership development program at a Fortune 300 financial services provider.
