As the leader of a nationally ranked Men's golf team I understand what it takes to succeed both on and off the course. Being able to effectively handle any situation that arises has shown me that I need to push myself even further personally and professionally. Since graduating in 2011 I have held numerous management/leadership positions in diverse areas. As the Head Coach for a PNW college I revived a failing program. During my tenure as a Financial Rep. for one of the nation's leading financial services providers I managed over 40 relationships with care and diligence, providing highly technical and specialized financial planning for my clients. I also have been a coach for a local high school, helping to develop future leaders.Developed through past experiences including organizing student-athlete meetings, managing teams of up to 30 and developing technical financial solutions for my clients, I understand what it takes to be prepared. I have a proven record of strong performance with problem-solving skills. Through my experiences I have acquired skills including leadership qualities, project management, efficient communication, conflict resolution and the ability to effectively instruct/lead peers. These skills allowed me to become an elected representative for the University of Redlands to the Golf Coaches Association of America as well as selected twice for GCAA PING All-America teams while also earning a Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholar plaudit.
