Root cause issues with returned parts, coordinate activities to prevent re-occurrence, review action plans, review activities with affected customers, report in 6 panel format to Customer Management.Motor Applications Engineer - Manage the implementation of motors within the door system for window lift and tailgate systems. Coordinate activities to meet both Brose and Customer requirements and timing - ranging from insuring EMC compliance, stall force, cycle time and thermal protection requirements. Primary technical interface between Brose and the motor Supplier. Insure timely arrival of samples if needed. Drive problem solving activities.Program Manager for window lift seat applications, managing supplier sourced window lift motors. Currently, Program Manager for the interior seat motor applications.

Integrate the Dortec latching system into the customer door. Coordinate with design (at the customer and in-house) to insure clearances, address customer concerns during launch. Update the DFMEA and parts lists as well as manage engineering changes.

Manufacturing Engineer carrier and case assembly, carrier machining. Project responsible for entire electrical replacement of controls systems on 4 machining loops. Work with machine suppliers to coordinate the replacement of key equipment, create projects to obtain the funding to implement these improvements.Production supervisor final axle paint line, IRS and front axle machining/assembly, axle tube welding and machining. Insure production volumes and quality of parts manufactured.
