In this role I manage a team of up to 3 Security personnel and oversee all Safety and Security functions for all 13 campuses under the Orange County Rescue Mission umbrella. This role is responsible for managing all documentation for DOT/FMCSA programs in the organization and is in charge of working with California Highway Patrol for annual audits. This role is responsible for OSHA compliance across all departments through managing safety data sheets, quarterly meetings and monthly check-ins. This role is responsible for installing and programming CCTV Cameras and HID locks at new and existing properties. This position is responsible for managing the fire system at all campuses and working with vendors to schedule inspections and routine maintenance.

In charge of writing and disseminating reports for incidents occurring across all company properties. Was responsible for reviewing CCTV camera footage and giving footage to Management and local Police departments as needed. Responsible for drug testing clients at numerous properties. This position is on call 24 hours a day to handle incidents as they arise across 13 campuses.

Welcomed guests and potential clients at the Village of Hope campus. Kept track of Outlook calendar for scheduling use of conference rooms and company vehicles. Performed breathalyzer tests and bag searches on all clients returning to campus. Monitored security cameras as well as badge access system for entire campus.
