Recruitment Consultant (Substance Misuse & Offender Health)Upon completing my apprenticeship at Sanctuary, I joined the Criminal Justice division as a Recuitment Consultant.I specialise in working alongside the NHS, charities and the prison service across the UK to provide temporary clinical and non-clinical staff to substance misuse, drug and alcohol and offender health teams.Responsibilities include:- Forming close relationships with clients, candidates and other stakeholders- Negotiating pay and charge rates- Working alongside our inhouse compliance team to ensure all candidates are fully compliant- Finding and developing new sales territories for the business- Deveoping client relationships and improving awareness in Sanctuary and its divisions.

I joined Sanctuary’s apprenticeship academy in 2012 and began working in the resourcing team. Once I completed my apprenticeship in 2013, I was given the opportunity to progress my career at Sanctuary by joining the Criminal Justice division as a recruitment consultant.Responsibilities included:- Searching for suitable candidates and screening resumes- Advertising job vacancies on websites and through other channels- Liaising with candidates regarding their applications- Updating and adding candidate records to the CRM databaseIn this roles I worked across the different divisions within Sanctuary, including Social Work, Allied Health, Mental Health and Criminal Justice, developing a thorough understanding of each area.
