• Oversee all data analytics efforts—to include the oversight of and directional leadership for contract staff—for the Grant Programs Directorate. • As a team lead, I identified revenue neutral strategic opportunities for leadership and was able to reduce direct costs of about 15 thousand dollars. Additionally, through this process, I was able reassign one member of our full time contract staff—from reporting to development projects—saving the agency the cost of hiring additional staff to achieve our development needs. • Strategic member of the communications team. Some of these visualizations were presented to Members of Congress, the FEMA Administrator and many other Senior FEMA Officials. • During my deployment to Puerto Rico, as a member of FEMA’s response to the 2017 disaster, I created and managed data input strategies.
