I have a robust understanding of technical, commercial, and programmatic business processes, and a broad knowledge of project and control account management, shipbuilding and construction, wholeship integration, naval architecture, transversals, and power & propulsion train design and integration.I build and maintain meaningful and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers. I am adept at bringing together narrative threads across multiple domains to influence decisions, and taking a lateral view to balance opposing schedule vs technical needs against a backdrop of programmatic pressures.I have managed dispersed multi-discipline teams of up to sixty people with a proven track record of delivering to time, quality and cost, with experience in control account management holding delegation for a budget of over £40m, alongside developing and maintaining schedules, alongside risk/opportunity management, and supplier development.
