Having moved into the Public Sector mid-career, I'm building a new career at East Suffolk Council. I lead on the East Suffolk Community Safety Partnership, the development of volunteering in East Suffolk, place marketing through the digital towns programme, and communications and measurement for the cost of living programme. I’m also the Operational Lead for Safeguarding and support various transport projects with marketing strategy, planning and delivery. I’m working to embed robust objective setting, detailed monitoring and evaluation, and subsequent optimisation, for my projects and those run by the rest of the Communities team, to ensure we deliver the best possible outcomes for the communities we serve.

Co-founder and CMO at Numerous, a start-up using ethical data to revolutionise ecommerce. Responsible for:Marketing: successfully marketed seed round of £250k, drove 10,000 beta installs and signed 1,200 high profile brands to use the platform, from Virgin to Nike. Product design: created an engaging, gamified in-app experience that ethically-collected over 500,000 pieces of zero party data and allowed users to earn cashback from brands in sectors ranging from mobile to food and drink. Use zero party data collected directly from users to drive personalised experiences.

We spun Numerous out of Boston Digital as a start-up. Prior to that I was working to develop the Numerous concept and also to manage the marketing and product design of a global GPS tracking service for families, live in 7 countries with significant revenues and over 1m users.

Reporting to the CEO, I designed and and delivered marketing strategy for Flow, taking in home energy, home heating, solar and smart home products. I launched Flow into the market in 2013 and headed up the marketing function until the sale to Co-op, growing revenues from zero to £140m and customers from 0 to 150,000. I designed a customer experience that helped Flow become, at the time, only the 2nd ever Which? Recommended Provider for Energy, and I managed investor communications through three fundraises of over £70m.
