After 25 years in marketing, comms and customer experience in the private sector, I’m now proud to have moved into the Public Sector where I'm focusing on transforming services to communities using measurement, evaluation and optimisation. I’m focusing on creating strong customer experiences and improving customer outcomes across cost of living, place-based digital marketing, volunteering, community safety and health and wellbeing in communities across East Suffolk.I’m building a new career and am ambitious for myself but also for the communities I work for. I think that many of the challenges communities face can be overcome with an intelligently-applied enabling model that genuinely helps communities to help themselves. In my previous career, I’ve worked across multiple sectors and I’m adapt at quickly understanding audiences and organisations: I ran internal communications for BNP Paribas across Europe, designed an award-winning customer experience and delivered £150m revenue at Flow Energy, and built and launched a privacy-driven ecommerce app at Numerous.

Having moved into the Public Sector mid-career, I'm building a new career at East Suffolk Council. I lead on the East Suffolk Community Safety Partnership, the development of volunteering in East Suffolk, place marketing through the digital towns programme, and communications and measurement for the cost of living programme.
