The project used an React/Django Python stack. Role was to come in and bolster development team as a full stack developer as well as lend expertise to front end. -Helped update front end that had grown stale over a few years by updating to a new design system and implementing cypress tests for application stability -On top of development work also learned about and contributed to development pipeline which relied on Ansible, Jenkins, and AWS Client: SEVIS A legacy modernization project focusing around reactive forms. The project used an Angular/Java Spring stack. Role was to help lead a less experienced front end developers in a way that they would have a simple, flexible and maintainable front end architecture as well as that they followed best practices such as appropriate testing. -Helped refactor the entire project to make use of Angular best practice patterns and observable based architecture -Worked with other team leaders to help double the teams per sprint output over the course of the project -Helped with creation and deployment of reusable components library that could be used by other project teams -Had a major mentoring role with the junior members of the team

Client: FDA A prototype project that focused on gathering and compiling data from many different sources including but not limited to APIs, intranet computers, and PowerShell applications. Role was as the Dev Lead which required high level of communication with client to help determine which features to focus on as well as all decisions about system architecture, development, technologies, and deployment. - Chose and built up the full stack MEAN (Angular and Node.js) environment while also tutoring juniors - Implemented accessible Angular front end as well as Node back end that integrated with Active Directory and PowerShell for legal information gathering

Client: NRECA A long term modernization project to take a 20 year old retirement management system and upgrade it to a user friendly internal web application using a Backbone.js and C# stack. Role was as a full stack developer for the application and was lead developer for some sections of the application. - Saw the retirement legacy system modernization through from early stages to successful deployment - Oversaw the CP subproject front end redesign - Lead developer for the Annual Statements Mass Run Process and Proposals project Client: Wise Portions A short term modernization project to take a flash based web app for diabetic health advisory and update it to a modern stack of Angular.js and Node while also implementing new features and a design overhaul. Role was as a full stack developer. - Helped build complex module that allowed food menus to be accurately sized and fit onto a plate, allowing users to learn visually about food portions - Also worked with security features as well as implementing a secure payment process and image upload/conversion.
