I was in a lead position during the acquisition by Curaleaf and was responsible for maintaining store morale and relaying information from the new company to the staff.• As a lead we are required to work with the state when it comes to product delivery, accountability and compliance. It requires a lot of attention to detail when combing through paperwork and the ability to be able think critically when overcoming problems at the dispensary level.• We must be able to calibrate and maintain state approved medical scales. • Responsibilities also included setting up, maintaining, and fixing any Point of Service computers, printers, Wi-Fi networks, and other electronics.• Our location is the busiest dispensary in the regional branch. I was also our location’s first Designated Training Representative and was responsible for developing and instituting the program. It was my duty to learn about new products that were going to hit our shelves, then relay that information to our staff. I was also in charge of training all our new employees and getting them comfortable with all dispensary based knowledge, whether it be HIPPA laws or general product knowledge. Show less
