I run and own Readypay Limited which trades as Phoenix Taxis. Trading from Blyth in Northumberland we service private hire demands in the south east of Northumberland and work with the public and private sector in a business to business capacity in the whole of the north of Tyne region.Phoenix Taxis is one of the country's leading sustainable taxi fleets with a growing electric vehicle fleet. We have invested substantially in our own electric vehicle charging station infrastructure to ensure continuity of service for driver and passenger.My work in delivering the UK’s first low carbon taxi fleet saw me appointed as a board member for Zero Carbon Futures, who aim to develop new technologies surrounding low carbon vehicles.
