Responsible for Sales Experience of a group of departments within the Topanga Neiman Marcus store. Facilitates partnerships across functions, driving team towards goals, and leveraging team skills to build a customer driven sales experience, all while being a steward of Neiman Marcus.

-Oversaw a $100M Women's Apparel Division for 10 Nordstrom full price stores. -Handled all merchandising and floor presentation needs to elevate aesthetic standards, consistently maintaining company schedules, for upwards of 25 staff members. -Communicated with buyers and vendors to determine product needs and coached and developed future store leaders.-Inherited a 90 million annual business ranked last out of all divisions in the region; reorganized the management team, hired new talent, and built a product knowledge training program to cross-train all divisions and help sell across all zones. -Ultimately took business from last to first in the market and began to acquire new customers due to teams selling more like stylists versus in their separate divisions. -Curated the product assortment to reflect the customer shopping in the LA market utilizing competitive market research and working with buyers to tell their brand stories, discovering new hot selling brands.-Championed the embracing of new emerging brands, ultimately picking up $500,000 in one year and ranking number one in all markets in the company for percentage of increase and volume. -Created a new visual merchandising plan to implement in stores, thinking outside the box to better react to how the customer shops various stores and departments. -Traveled to different countries to research how they approached visual merchandising and broke down department barriers in stores to set displays by customer brand preferences versus age divisions/price points.
