• Samsung Fleet –responsible for 550 company cars. • P11d updates and reporting – Generating reports for senior management on a weekly / monthly basis. • Generating quotes for new company cars. Raising approvals, checking over entitlement of order and liaising with lease company with orders and quotes.• Supporting expats with all company car queries / issues.• Hire Car bookings • Pool cars – Allocating pool cars and return process (long term and short term)• New Starters – Allocating new starters with hire car’s & long term pool vehicles. • Leavers – Car return process• Termination of over mileage Lease vehicles (Generating early termination quotes)• VP / President Car Checks – Checking cars over. • Fines & Excess recharges – reporting fines to HR/driver • Updating and maintaining Fleet reports on a daily • Invoice processing and PO raising• Fleet Administration - Organising European travel documents, ordering Fuel cards & ad hoc requests.• Service & MOT Bookings • Generating strong relationships with BMW, Audi, VW garages & dealerships enabling Samsung to utilize services with last minute urgent bookings & requests. • Health / Tyre Checks – Arranging with lease company to provide checks onsite for company vehicles. • Accident management / Insurance claims – Placing claims with insurance company and arranging cars to be sent for repair with local approved dealerships. • Damage quotes – Taking photos of damage to vehicles and getting quotes from various garages for the best repair price • Car valet management – Providing a weekly report to valet team of which VP, Director and pool cars that need to be valeted • Security Management – Over looking security team and managing key flow on a daily basis and reported back• Taking cars to garages / dealerships – Taking VIP & Expat cars to garages to have issues resolved within tight deadlines including last minute bookings and same day returns.
