Lead Project Engineer/Manager • Management of a team of project engineers. This involved the development, monitoring of project plans ensuring that programmes were delivered on time to cost.• Reporting to senior management risks to programmes and propose mitigations/solutions. • Design & Implementation of Environmental Testing Programmes involving Vibration, Climatic & Altitude Testing• Involved in the re-writing of DEF-Stan 00-35 with DE & S
