With over 15 years of consulting experience, I lead Intrepid Ascent’s consulting team, overseeing the organization’s three core areas of consulting service delivery—technology, policy, and community change. I manage how these services are deployed, with an approach centered on understanding and meeting our clients and their communities where they are and guiding them to where they need to be. I have an extensive background in health data interoperability, population health management systems, and health data strategy, having previously led Intrepid’s data and technology consulting services for a decade. I’ve also led transformation and strategy initiatives related to New York State’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program, the Community-Based Organization Planning Grant program, and the Medicaid Section 1115 Waiver for social care networks, as well as California’s CalAIM. My leadership and expertise have been focused on aligning these programs with broader strategies, ensuring they meet their objectives.
