Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.Assess the benefits of all prospective contracts and advise the Executive Team on programmatic design and implementation matters.Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.Monitor banking activities of the organization.Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Pro-actively manage the relationship of a portfolio of clients ensuring that they have a positive view of the company and the services offered. Plan and prioritize all client work with a focus on delivering ‘world class’ customer service. Ensuring that the technical quality of all services is at an appropriate level in accordance with international standards. Deliver high end client work as required. Liaise with out-sourced staff and contractors to ensure that work is delivered to the service level agreements and the high standards set by the firm. Contribute to the growth of the firm by using appropriate systems to identify, attract and recruit new clients that meet the firm’s criteria. Assist in establishing processes to cross-sell the complete range of services offered to the needs of the existing client base to improve the firms revenue growth.
