This role primarily focused on the managing and implementation of RFID technology across all Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger stores in UK&I.I was tasked with managing the rollout schedule, budgets & training for all store team members over an 18 month period. In total we converted 60+ stores & 2 warehouses from standard barcode tags to RFID enabled tags.Post the stores conversion to RFID, my role included helping teams manage and maintain auditing scores using the new technology, working closely with technology providers as well as store and finance teams.In conjunction with these responsibilities I also assisted IT and wider operations when setting up new stores IT systems, including till systems & store internet services. This extended to supporting with issues in existing stores, such as Wi-Fi outages & hardware issues.
