Promoted to the ranks of First Lieutenant and Captain in a four year period, led multiple platoons ranging in size from 40-70 personnel, served as Company Executive Officer and Company Commander while guiding Marines through transitions to and from deployments and through rigorous training cycles. Led Marines through two deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) and successfully executed the full range of military logistics competencies associated with large scale ground distribution, equipment maintenance, and vehicle recovery support.• Led over 100 Marines through a diverse range of combat operations; Employed equipment valued at $14 Million as the sole logistics support provider for international security forces within an area of operations spanning over 3,600 square kilometers and housing over 5,000 personnel; Planned and led 48 logistics projects resulting in the successful draw-back of 71% of American assets and personnel from Southern Helmand Province.• Planned and led an integrated logistics movement incorporating six foreign coalition forces and resulting in the safe transport of 142 Afghan National Army vehicles and 600 associated personnel across 640 kilometers.• Wrote and implemented training plans for 240 personnel across a wide range of tactical, technical, and professional skills.• Accounted for and managed maintenance of 600 pieces of equipment valued at $27 Million.• Developed and conducted evaluations for 8 logistics projects carried out by newly trained personnel, and supervised the execution of two long range logistics training convoys traversing over 2,500 kilometers of the Southeastern United States.
