The PMO Lead role is centred around continuous improvement and governance of McLaren's Product Development Process (PDP) and supporting processes to ensure audit compliance and robust product delivery. The role is focused primarily on the creation & development of the third iteration of McLaren's stage gate PDP. Continuous improvement solutions for PMO tools and processes are identified through ownership of the Lessons Learnt process, internal audit findings and ad hoc stakeholder requirements across the business.

Falling under the Quality Department umbrella, the Compliance Coordinator role has responsibilities in 3 core areas: Conformity of Production, ELV/RRR & QMS. General activities include, but are not limited to, COP Testing, Internal & External Audits, ELV & RRR and Document Control. Core Duties:• Creating & executing the company’s annual COP testing plan.• Carrying out Internal Audits to IAT16949 Standard & driving non-conformance closures.• Facilitation of external audits. • Maintaining and updating COP control plans.• Managing of the Compliance BoM for specific vehicle projects & supporting certification targets.• Assessing Material Data Sheet submissions for all components in line with ELV/RRR regulatory requirements.• Creating & maintaining cross-functional business reports (PowerBi and Excel) and driving associated actions. • Document Control• Supporting other departments with Compliance related queries. • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving CI projects. Skills:• Identifying future problems and resolving them preemptively.• Trained IATF16949 Auditor.• Thorough understanding of COP related processes & legislation• Working knowledge of ELV/RRR directive & GADSL. • Understanding of the vehicle (and parts) production/development process. • Able to prioritise and manage large volumes of work and work to defined targets.• Exercising extreme attention to detail.• Able to liaise with colleagues and staff of all levels, from different departments and specialties.• Thorough understanding of data protection, and experience in handling of sensitive information.• Excellent understanding of Microsoft packages, including advanced use of Excel & good experience using SAP.

The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust runs Multidisciplinary Team Meetings (MDTs) each week to discuss newly diagnosed cancer patients and complex cases. The meetings are attended by all surgeons, consultants and oncologist (amongst others) in the department to discuss the appropriate treatment path for each patient.Core Duties:• Receiving MDT referrals from consultants, pathologist and other medical professionals, and ensuring these patients are added to the weekly meeting agenda.• Correctly reporting clinical details, such as pathology, radiology and chemotherapy reports for each patient to be discussed at the MDT.• Coordinating patient treatment pathways to ensure national cancer targets are met, and to take proactive action to avoid breaches• Recording the outcomes for each patient at the MDT and actioning outcomes where necessary.• Collection of patient, treatment and MDT data, and timely reporting of this to the trust database.• Training and managing the ‘Cancer Pathway Tracker’ staff to ensure their resource is utilized in the most effective manner.
