I’m a highly motivated individual who thrives in a high pressured environment. I have experience in multiple application production support teams and a history of trouble-shooting, problem solving and streamlining processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.Throughout my working life I have been interacting with Front Office, Business Management, Finance, Middle Office, Operations and IT. I have an excellent all round knowledge of the FX and FX Options business. Whilst at DB I have run, or been involved in setting up a number of production support teams based on the ITIL framework. I spent the first six years of my time at DB within the business and transitioned to IT approx 5 years ago.
