Clients: Rolex, Verizon, Piaggio, Levi’s, Uniqlo, Revlon, Oribe, Tiffany’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Christie’s.Levi’s, Photographer (2016-2018): direction and execution for multiple seasons of the Made and Crafted collection. In pre-production I was responsible for deciding the shoot direction, casting, location, and styling and staying within budget. The shoot days were tightly choreographed to limit waste of time or resources. And in post-production we delivered retouched images in a variety of digital and OOH/POS formats on deadline.Nordstrom, (2016-2019): Photography and Film Direction for multiple seasonal campaigns. Each studio shoot required extensive pre-production and story boarding of motion and still components to maximize budgets. I worked as a director guiding a > 20px lighting / camera crew to create assets on deadline. Each shoot had a large cast, multiple lighting and set builds, and clients/managers/vendors on site.Christie’s NYC, (2009-2021): Photography and creative direction for biannual Postwar/Contemporary and Impressionist Spring and Fall auctions. Working in the galleries and behind the scenes at Christie’s during their highly-profitable auctions, I photographed and packaged materials that attracted sellers for the following season.Ralph Lauren, E-Commerce Photographer (2012-2015): Creative Direction & Execution: With Ralph Lauren and their studio partner R.R. Donnelley, I built lighting schemes and digital workflows for the e-commerce strategies of their Purple Label, RRL and RLX brands. During this period Ralph Lauren e-commerce sales grew to $3.96 billion.

Clients: Norwegian Refugee Council, Oxfam International, Care International, Alima. Oxfam International, Photography and Creative Direction (2016-2018): In Jordan and Lebanon I documented the living conditions of Syrian and Palestinian refugees. We focused on the use of cellphones to maintain cultural ties in the diaspora and evade censorship.NRC (2013-2017): I traveled multiple times throughout Mali with the Norwegian Refugee Council to document their projects, most notably in Timbuktu after the liberation of the city in 2013.Alima (2020): For the Dakar-based medical non-profit I built a portfolio of photographs and short films documenting their operating center in the Senegalese capital.

Clients (select): Conde Nast, Monocle, Vogue, Sunday Times Magazine, GQ, Artsy.Conde Nast, Photography and Direction: I worked as a portrait photographer across multiple titles – Glamour, Vogue, GQ, Teen Vogue – shooting profiles and fashion stories with models and actors. Each shoot required extensive production to maximize slim editorial budgets while maintaining the high Conde Nast standard in lighting, motion, and retouching. We photographed both on location and in studio: sometimes in the Conde Nast studios at 1 WTC, or on location, for example in Cartagena, Colombia. The Sunday Times Magazine, Photographer (2016-2020): I photographed actors and dancers for the cover and inside stories of the magazine, leveraging the little time given and the small budgets to craft intimate portraits.Artsy, Artist Portraits (2014-2022): I have been photographing an ongoing series of artist portraits and studio visits for this art market startup. I cover the Venice Biennale many years in a row, and I’ve visited established and emerging artists at their homes and studios to document their environment and their practice. We deliver stills and short motion optimized for multiple forms of web delivery (social, S3 bucket, full-resolution projection).
