As the Director of Netherhall House since September 2019, I lead the strategy, management, operations, and finance of this student residence and cultural centre in London. My role involves orchestrating a range of educational and cultural initiatives, leveraging skills honed during my previous role as Assistant Director. I have also enhanced my strategic and managerial expertise with an MBA from Imperial College Business School, focusing on strategy, change, and project management. Since helping developing a new corporate strategy vision and plan, I have most recently I have been getting involved in a number of strategic change and transformation projects, in my parent organisation. With a strong foundation in computer science and management from King's College London and a postgraduate diploma in classical and ancient studies, I blend technical acumen with a broad cultural perspective. My experience extends to agile process optimisation, stakeholder integration, and team development, where my proficiency in programming, problem-solving, and creative leadership plays a key role. I am passionate about fostering a culture of excellence and diversity, underpinned by a commitment to mentorship and effective team building.
