- Set up a Scrum framework for 8+ teams at different product stages, which improved predictability and allowed for the measurement of each team’s success. For example, one team delivered 100% milestones on time for two years after implementing Scrum. - Created a company Scrum Guide as the inaugural Scrum Master, applying Agile principles to current teams.

- Founded and built the PM Department from scratch. Hired, onboarded, coached, and developed the team. Launched a PM Academy, encompassing educational plans, tutorials, checklists, and templates to standardize project management practices. Implemented grades, compensations, benefits, and competence models for PMs, significantly improving the retention.

- Delivered over 100 projects crossing the IT and diverse content formats (infographics, slides, animation, video, and combined), including games. The Level company won the HR of the year award in e-learning.- Handled recruiting and onboarding of both freelancers and full-time employees for the projects. Led multidisciplinary teams, including software.

- Drove sales of business training and content development services. Grew revenue for the company by over 250% after the 2008 crisis.- Managed key international accounts and attracted major clients like TNS, SAP, etc.

Initiated sales in a start-up, and created branding materials, website, and sales proposals. MRBE secured about 30% market share and was integrated into an IT provider.

Led territory sales, eventually managing key customers. Consistently recognized as the department's top sales manager throughout the year.

Supported Danone's sales forces and warehouse workers in utilizing the ERP R3 system.
