As a camp counselor and assistant group leader, lessons were planned with a thorough understanding of campers’ needs, standards, powerful teaching methods, and high expectations for camper development. I effectively managed campers through positive and respectful interactions. Lesson delivery was always clear, logical, connected, and well-paced. Because of my creativity and enthusiasm campers responded positively to all aspects. My ability to manage a daily routine and develop relationships grew throughout the summer too.I was always open to take suggestions, modify lessons, and experiment with new strategies, demonstrated my motivation in teaching and learning.
