- Oversee daily operations and manage the Executive Board of 7 officers. Lead weekly chapter meetings,enforce bylaws, ensure accountability, and foster a positive environment for 76 active members.- Build relationships with campus administrators, community leaders, and alumni to promote the chapter's programs.- Manage the fraternity’s annual budget, and oversee the allocation of funds for events, operations, and charitable initiatives. Develop financial plans that align with chapter priorities and long-term goals.

As a camp counselor and assistant group leader, lessons were planned with a thorough understanding of campers’ needs, standards, powerful teaching methods, and high expectations for camper development. I effectively managed campers through positive and respectful interactions. Lesson delivery was always clear, logical, connected, and well-paced. Because of my creativity and enthusiasm campers responded positively to all aspects. My ability to manage a daily routine and develop relationships grew throughout the summer too.I was always open to take suggestions, modify lessons, and experiment with new strategies, demonstrated my motivation in teaching and learning. I carried out responsibilities in a dependable manner. My professionalism was even noticed by many other faculty members at our camp that soon awarded me with leadership position.

I gained valuable experience and developed key skills through my involvement with Youth Court, a unique program where young individuals participate in a peer-based judicial process. In Youth Court, juveniles are tried, judged, defended, and either convicted or exonerated by their peers, with adult guidelines and oversight provided by a Youth Court Steering Committee.Through this role, I acquired comprehensive knowledge of courtroom procedures and the operational dynamics of a youth-led legal system. The hands-on experience in this program has refined my understanding of legal processes and decision-making, showcasing my commitment to justice and community engagement.
