As Stock Controller; I was predominately responsible for organising and monitoring Dealership stock levels and assisting with processing transactions to ensure settlements were completed accuratelyand in a timely manner. - Assisted with achievement of new and used vehicle monthly sales targets.- In liaison with the manufacturer and sales departments, organised the movement i.e. ordering, arrival, dispatch, etc. of new and used vehicle stock throughout the dealership (ensuring an optimum supply of stock at all times).- Completed all necessary systems and paperwork processing in collaboration with Managers andmanufacturer.- Processed vehicle transactions, whilst ensuring settlement details were: complete, accurate and entered into the system.- Sourced vehicles as requested by management and controlled invoicing of vehicles.- Managed purchase requests against inventory records, or stock on hand.- Prepared and processed POs and repair orders for all relevant vehicles, and updated records to reflect order details.- Provided superior levels of customer service at all times.- Maintained a high level of knowledge about all dealership vehicles and products.
