Alex Kim began teaching as an instructional coach at Cogito Debate, a WASC accredited Speech and Debate school in Irvine, California and stepped up to the Executive Director position. The Executive Director is the educational leader who will provide effective management of teaching, curriculum development and professional development of programs. Guiding and directing members of the administrative and office support teams by promoting high standards of excellence and supporting a positive public image and cultivating support within the community.Directing persons responsible for Admissions, Education, Financial Planning, and Office Administration
