This opened up the opportunity to create market leading offers and drive marketing programs while enhancing customer experience.I developed and executed numerous CAPEX projects from concept to business case to launch. In one case, a $20M CAPEX compliance project with a short and punitive deadline was executed successfully. I also led Telstra's engagement with numerous government agencies, regulatory bodies and industry associations.
