A lawyer by training, I have been fortunate to find an environment that combines technical expertise with passion and creativity.As Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs I enjoy a wide range of responsibilities including: • Managing contractual relationships for Insight, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements;• Ensuring compliance with broadcaster, funding agency, and tax credit requirements;• Negotiating broadcast licensing agreements with broadcasters and managing flow of information and deliverables to broadcasters;• Assisting the scripted department with drafting agreements for acquisition of intellectual property rights, including Option Agreements; and• Reviewing and negotiating interim financing agreements and closing bank financing.When not at work I enjoy adventures - whether in the great outdoors or in the nooks and crannies of Toronto - and spending time with my wonderful family.
