Kong Investment Holdings is a small real estate holdings company created to leverage the internet driven sharing market through services such as Airbnb, and VRBO. We currently manage several units at the MGM Signature in Las Vegas with the hope to soon expand into multiple Vegas properties while seeking ventures in new cities. As founder, I oversee all property purchases, and pricing of the units currently rented out. I also work to coordinate and build relationships with local cleaning and maintenance services to make sure all units are clean for guests and that all fixtures and amenities are in working order.
