I started working in IKEA in 2011 as a tenant billing assistant in Finance department. However I was always interested in construction field and once I had an opportunity to try myself I grabbed this chance. In 2012 I moved to construction department as a tenant coordinator. At first I was focusing on agreements and finance documents, reports and estimates in construction projects. As my skills developed and I gained more knowledge in construction, working along and supporting my colleagues, in 2013 I started working as a construction coordinator. I completed many tenders for several projects in Mega Khimki from 2013 to 2016 including preparation of documents for tender, visiting contractors' site and choosing contractors for:- roof repair of the whole IKEA store and half of the MEGA Khimki shopping center;- parking deck repair;- asphalt repair;- purchasing natural stone for Commercial upgrade project of Mega Khimki, elevators and escalators (Foodcourt renovation project);- capacity project (Power increase of ventilation, cooling, heating, water supply, sewage systems of all foodcourt tenants in Mega Khimki).During execution of construction projects in Mega Khimki I was coordinating and supporting contractors in the process of; - mobilization on site; - organization of works; - checking labour safety during works; - partial quality control check;- coordination between Shopping center administration, maintainance contractors and general contractor.
