Manage the financial analysis group for the Global Customer Support business segment.

Instrumental in the closing, forecasting, and budgeting process of the Aftermarket segment on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for profit and loss; balance sheet; and cash flow statements.• Prepares management reports for profit and loss statements, cash flows, and balance sheets.• Prepare business plans for senior management regarding Government business, STCs, third party partners, and future business opportunities.• Manage the Hyperion application and database for the aftermarket business segment.• Monitor and report on weekly and monthly labor metrics for the aftermarket service centers.• Closely work with multiple service sites to develop financial models to increase profitability of service centers in the US, Mexico, and the UK.• Manage the capital budget and capital requests for the aftermarket business segment• SAP Poweruser for Business Intelligence applications, Web Intelligence and Business Explorer.

• Lead contact for commercial clients of bank executives.  Preparing and presenting of loans before committees, and also documenting and closing of the loans.  Primarily associated with commercial mortgages and lines of credit.• Analyzing cash flows, financial statement information, and market information for loan proposals in the commercial credit department.  Specializing in commercial loan customers with an aggregate loan portfolio of $500,000 and higher.  Experience with mortgages, lines of credit, construction financing, and floor plan financing.• System Administrator for the Baker Hill OnePoint software package.  Maintaining the OnePoint database and software set-up.  Led commercial credit department and loan operations on the set-up and training for production use.
