I am co-founder of a small family business focused on design. Not on the one about plastic and millions of identical objects that going to finish its lifecycle in a mountains of garbage, but on the one that will not get into this garbage. Our work is the creation of exclusive handmade gifts. Among them are greeting cards with hand-embroidered pictures inside, hand-made books with author's illustrations. Our stuffed toys are entirely made from worn-out clothes, in this way we often give a second life to your favorite clothes that can no longer be worn, but you unable to throw them away. Graphic design is the second side of our work: book illustrations, infographics, presentations, web design, UI-design. Our approach is often completely perpendicular to what is expected. This is our main secret method.

In 11 years, I have grown from an IT support specialist to the head of the IT support and supply department. The company increased from 50 people to more than 1,000 in 7 different regions. I was organizing the continuous operation of the fleet of workstations, determining the direction of its development and ensuring all work without interruption of the technological process, in general, successfully. My employment was terminated due to my emigration to Poland.

I designed the redevelopment of five offices to organise 100-300 workplaces. In the work, I rationalised the ergonomics of all the workstations. I considered artificial and natural light, ensured a reduction of distractions, and combined the client's requirement for a high-density layout with my desire to ensure that the workstations are isolated from each other. I have successfully completed three projects: organised the redesign, finishes and communications. I tested the furniture, selected suppliers, and designed some of the models myself. I supervised furniture production, delivery and assembly. The most recent project was carried out on an extremely tight schedule in a historic building with tight restrictions on organisation.

I have refined the corporate styles of Novotrans Group companies and created new ones. I created branded products (from pencils to painting real railway cars)Subsequently, I developed a unified corporate identity to unite the different areas under one brand and carried out a complete visual rebranding.I created several designs for the corporate website in a series of different designs, the first version of which I programmed myself. Due to the specifics of our company's clientele, I had to do some unique UI research and combine Internet Explorer 6 and iPad support at the same time.I created mock-ups of office decorations: wall murals, translucent window film designs.I have created presentation templates for the various divisions of the Group. I made most important presentations myself. Often I had to make them within strict timeframes: 10 tables and three geographic maps, and a meeting with the minister today at 3 p.m. - everything must be ready.I ensured that the corporate identity was respected.
