Executed high-level public affairs for a diverse portfolio of clients, from small non-profits to some of the leading corporations in America. Led the campaign for Invernergy's Samson Solar Energy Center, garnering coverage on the CBS Evening News, a profile in the Wall Street Journal and coverage in multiple national publications such as Axios, The Hill, Bloomberg and Fox Business.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously for small businesses, advocacy groups, coalitions, and Fortune 500 companies through multifaceted PR and organization campaigns. Direct projects from the grassroots level up, working with our communications and political teams to deliver quality results for our clients. Edit and develop content for national media outlets, and write weekly reports that are delivered directly to our clients.

Organized all constituent correspondence delivered to the office, averaging 3,500 unique pieces of mail per month. Managed over 50,000 distinct forms of correspondence during one year plus in the Congressman's Office. Created and finalized all relevant responses to all constituent or other inquiries for the Congressman. Engaged in policy and communications research, monitored and draft social media posts, and worked with our Communications Director on social media messaging. Drafted floor speeches, congratulatory letters, official documents, and condolence letters. Managed the office intern program alongside office Staff Assistant. Lead and completed the Congressional App Challenge program, a district wide program to raise student interest in STEM fields by creating an electronic application, which resulted in the first entries to the App Challenge in office history.

Created a grassroots political organization in Manatee and Sarasota counties resulting in a definitive win for the GOP ticket. The operation yielded 200+ volunteers, 154,392 calls made in just over two months, and a 22% voter contact rate, good for 3rd best in the state among similar offices. Our canvassing operation produced 3,500+ doors knocked, with a 46% voter contact rate. Call volume averaged a 249% increase week to week. Lead the effort that helped Donald Trump win Manatee and Sarasota counties by an average of 14%, and Marco Rubio by an average of 17%.

Tasked with creating a successful political organization in the KC/Northwest Missouri region from the ground up. Worked 90 hours per week to secure the region for a resounding win on August 2nd in a four way Republican primary. Recruited over 100 volunteers for voter I.D. phone calls, GOTV calls, organization in rural counties, door knocking, etc. The KC field office made 82,671 voter I.D. calls in three months, and identified 4,186 committed supporters of Eric Greitens. For GOTV efforts, the KC office identified 1,988 committed voters in four days the week of the primary, a 146% increase from the previous seven day week. Created and maintained the “Kansas City for Eric Greitens” Facebook group, pushing out campaign ads, statements, and content. The group saw an increase in followers of 75% over one week, and spread content to thousands of voters through shares. The organization in the Kansas City region produced a win in all 21 counties, with an average margin of victory of 17.9% over the second place finisher.

Quickly became lead intern that was responsible for implementing and executing the coordination and mailing of ballot access materials to all states. After accepting full time position, was put in charge of campaign ballot access program in Indiana. Successfully led and executed the campaign’s ballot access effort in Indiana through an all volunteer effort. Our campaign was the only one to use all volunteers, and no outside consulting firms were paid for signature gathering. The effort produced 9,000 signatures gathered, more than double the amount required by law. Led and executed successful events around the country (up to 1,000 attendees) on the Advance team.

Began internship with the Marco Rubio campaign working with the scheduling department on receiving and filtering scheduling requests. Quickly became involved in many different aspects of the campaign, including our initial phone banking operations, operations/advance trips to Detroit and Atlanta, and administrative work for the ballot access department.

Responsibilities included actively handling constituent casework, responding to constituent correspondence in a timely manner, tracking legislation and issue research, being the first point of contact for the office, hiring and overseeing interns, providing liaison services with state agencies, scheduling for the office (including Representative Elkins scheduling), etc. Gained first-hand knowledge of the Texas legislative process from Rep. Elkins, a 20 year veteran of the Texas House of Representatives.

Averaged 60 hour work weeks as a Ranch Hand at the #1 rated Specialty Lodge Experience in Jackson (Trip Advisor). Duties included ranch maintenance (weed whacking, wood working projects, landscaping), doing dishes, serving dinner one night a week, cleaning and maintaining guest cabins, conducting fly-fishing clinics, guiding fly-fishing and hikes, shuttling guests to and from the ranch, sawing trees for firewood and chopping firewood, etc.
