Current- Accomplished full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, short listing, pre-screening, qualifying, interviewing, negotiating, scheduling interviews, extending job offers, and closing candidates for contract, contract to.
- Responsible for timely and quality resume submissions for the client requirements.
- Negotiate salary / rates according to skill set, market rate, location, per diem, vacation and desired benefits.
- Handle entire candidate process (including reference checks, salary recommendations), offer letter generation, offer acceptance and counteroffers or declines.
- Responsible for sourcing qualify candidates, schedule onsite as well as phone interviews, interview candidates and presented company benefits, ensured offer packets met all HR documentation requirements, obtained.
- Facilitate and maintained candidate-tracking process by using Internal Databases.
