Technical Program Manager - Branch Number Expansion: Provided and implemented both a business and technical solution to a platform limitation of creating more than 1000 internal branch numbers. This issue was impeding the firm's ability to integrate clients and advisors from Citibank's Smith Barney Wealth Management business. I crafted the plan, built a global team and led the execution to identify, remediate, test and implement the solution allowing the integration to move forward.Delivery Manager and SME - Client Statement Renovation: Multi-year effort to re-design and re-platform the firm's client statement application (legacy mainframe to data warehouse/distributed platform). Led the data gap and data acquisition work streams to ensure accuracy and completeness of client reporting data, designed and created a data spec extracting and translating business rules into requirements, delivery manager for the acquisition and transformation of all activity, balance, position and securities data.
