Greet and acknowledge guests, communicate delays and additional services. Worked with different events that were also held at the resort/restaurant. Created a personal dining experience, answered questions, offered information for all of the resort. Addressed complaints and worked well with managers and servers. Prepared seating assignments, and services. Prioritized reservations but was also accommodating to other customers.
