As a child, I would always disassemble any toy I had that was in my possession out of curiosity about how they worked and to challenge myself to see if I could put it back together. Years later my parents gifts me a Dell Dimension 4600. I adored that machine at least till the power supply gave out. I didn't know that back then but I told my mother the Dell didn't work. She expressed that since I was the only one to use it and now that it is broken. I must have broken it. This was now my first time attempting to fix a computer and I was successful with a little help from some online forums. That marked the day I knew what I would be doing in the future. Now as a 29-year-old adult, I still do the same things I did growing up but now I get compensated for it.I have been in the Technology Repair Industry professionally since 2010 and landed my first Computer/Phone repair gig as a Sophomore in high school. Over the years I have collected and gasped many new ideas, experiences, and results. This has led me to be experienced in Sales, Customer Service, Management, Training, and Project Leading. These are what my experiences led me to accomplish!At Mobile Kangaroo I was one of the top revenue generators for my company at a location by myself. I was also on the leaderboards for most repairs and diagnostics. My revenue and sales were noticed so I was promoted to become a trainer for other locations. This training led other stores to boost substantially in revenue, sales, and customer support scores.At Savard Staffing I was leading projects to transfer the company from paper applications to paperless applications. This was developed by building kiosks and sourcing InTiles as the Kiosk Software to use on them so applicants can use them to fill out the application which inputs the info directly into the applicant pool. This leads me to become the supervisor of the IT department overseeing the IT Helpdesk team.
