CurrentMy work as a delivery specialist at Accenture has consisted primarily of implementation, development and consultation through various client projects on the ServiceNow platform. My implementation projects have primarily been in the IT Service Management and HR Service Delivery spaces. Within the capacity of those implementations I have:- Led multiple development teams- Built multiple custom applications in situations where baseline functionality did not meet customer needs- Stood up an entire employee Service Portal within 24 hours to support a customer's immediate need to respond to COVID-19- Implemented and iteratively developed multiple constantly shifting HRSD case management solutions to allow a customer to respond effectively to burgeoning employee COVID-19 needs- Developed an entirely custom application consisting of a handful of custom tables, heavy use of Flow Designer, and a SharePoint integration to allow a school district to manage and handle benefit payments for parents whose children were absent due to COVID-19- Created multiple Service Portals, either customized from the ground up or configured leveraging HRSD's Employee Service Center. This includes building custom widgets and pages as well as configuring Content Delivery.- Implemented a fully baseline HRSD implementation and helped guide the customer to understand the risks of customization and other best practices to help maintain low technical debt- Configured IntegrationHub ETL to support a customer's CSDM efforts to ensure CMDB integrity with it's integrations- Extensive experience with core development features in ServiceNow like Script Includes, Flow Designer, Workflow- Worked with customers to gather requirements, present demos, hold workshops, with an emphasis on back-and-forth iterative development/feedback
