• Developed the circuitry and code (C) for a tool with a Microchip microcontroller that checks for bent teeth and demagnetization to ensure sensor functionality.Complexity Reduction:
• Used VBA to analyze data about signals interfacing with the Powertrain Control Module and used VBA to create a tool to automatically generate varyingly in-depth reports to direct future complexity reduction.

• Development of a wearable feedback control system for teleoperation of a humanoid robot
• Assisted with the design of actuators to provide force feedback to a human operator, allowing them to experience forces proportional to those experienced by a robot in the field.

Auburn Hills, MI

• Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Project: Active Noise Control (ANC) System Optimization
• Designed and implemented a standardized procedure for the placement of feedback microphones in a vehicle, particularly the MY 15 Jeep Grand Cherokee; analyzed the results using Excel VBA.
• Implemented and helped design a DFSS project to optimize the ANC system in the MY 15 Jeep Grand Cherokee using 3 control factors and 3 noise factors.

• Developed a web interface using Google Maps to display a police officer’s selection of 15 years of crime data and housing information for Cambridge, MA, along with an optimal patrol route for a given time.
• Parsed 15 years of crime data.
• Conducted a disaster response experiment involving team collaboration; tagged and analyzed the results.
• Worked extensively with JavaScript, Google Maps API, HTML, and CSS.

Albany, New York Area

• Operated Raman Confocal Microscope to analyze amyloid fibrils.
• Optimized experimental conditions on an apparatus never before used in the lab. This machine uses air flow to take advantage of Bernoulli’s Principle in order to orient fibrils.
