I am an outgoing person who dares to face challenge. When I was still a student, I was in charge of many projects and activities, which made me a high efficiency and responsible person. Thus, I was referred to be the vice president of student associate in the university, as a coordinator between students and the school. On the other hand, I am an observant person who is always curious about surroundings. As a result, I could easily sense and understand what participants thought and this helped a lot when running projects. In my fourth year, I realized that my personalities were well-suited for being as an HR. Therefore, with my enthusiasm and proactive attitude, I got an internship opportunity with OneLab Company. Through the experience, I started to learn more and more about HR, which has laid a solid foundation for my career development.After the internship, I joined ProLogium Technology Company as a recruiter of the direct labor. Frankly speaking, it was a whole new challenge for me. Thanks to the assistance from my colleagues, , I got the hand of it quicky and successfully achieved the goal set by my supervisor. Because of my outstanding performance, I started taking up the recruitment of the indirect labor. And then I was aware that the turnover rate of the indirect labor was a bit higher. Hence, I proposed a plan which is about how to retain the top talent to my supervisor. This plan was approved and executed eventually. Aside from my job duty, I also utilized time to assist other colleagues in holding campus recruitment. This kind of event is not only perfect for us tapping into fresh talent but good for company's visibility.After reading my resume, I hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future.
