Owning the end to end customer journey for NZME digital products from proposition development and go-to-market to customer acquisition, engagement, product design and trade sales support, key projects I led were:I was responsible for leading the positioning and development of the OneRoof brand both b2c & b2b, application of the design of the product, and the go to market strategy.
