Owning the end to end customer journey for NZME digital products from proposition development and go-to-market to customer acquisition, engagement, product design and trade sales support, key projects I led were:I was responsible for leading the positioning and development of the OneRoof brand both b2c & b2b, application of the design of the product, and the go to market strategy. We achieved product market fit and surpassed our 12 month audience target within 6 weeks, winning multiple marketing & product awards including the 2019 Deloitte Digital Australasian Corporate Entrepreneurs Award for best Best Venture.I was responsible for the positioning and go to market strategy for the Driven.co.nz b2c product re-launch which resulted in 100% YOY growth.
