Hello, work is a part of LIFE!Have you ever tried to separate work stress from financial stress, from the stress that comes with being a part of a family and/or relationship? It can't be done. When one struggles/is stressed in one area of life, it always shows up in another. The body is the only medium through which the mind, both the conscious & subconscious, expresses itself. What you THINK creates emotion, how you FEEL generates your ACTions/behaviour, which in time will manifest itself physically. We have all been taught that if one has tight, achy shoulders & mid-back, suffers from a sensitive digestive system, or gets chronic headaches, etc., that there is a pill for that. What about that New Year's Resolution to lose weight, get "in shape", eat healthier, or "take better care of myself" eventually fails? If solving the "discomfort" in your life was as easy as taking a pill or just a matter of willpower, you would be pain-free, fit & healthy, sleeping like a baby, confident & living your best life. That's the dream, but unfortunately it's not always as easy as it sounds. To be a part of someone's wellness journey is an honour & a privilege.
